Pan Fried Chicken Tenders

When it is cold outside, comfort food is calling my name. Here is a comfort food for you today. This Pan Fried Chicken Tender is so tasty and easy. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. I also gave you a sneak preview on the up coming recipe, so stay tuned. 

Pan Fried Chicken Tenders

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 pound chicken breast tenders
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
garlic powder

In a skillet over medium high heat, heat oil and melt butter. Season both sides of tender with salt, pepper and garlic powder, than coat with flour. Place in hot skillet, cook about 5 minutes on each side, until brown and chicken is cooked through.
