Slow Cooker Brisket

This brisket is simple because the slow cooker does all the work for you. No need for special occasion to have this fork tender brisket.

Slow Cooker Brisket
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2016

Ingredients:
3 pound brisket
2 white onions, sliced
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon roasted garlic herb seasoning
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions:
Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Place half the onions on the bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle garlic powder, and add bay leaves. Season both sides of brisket with salt, pepper and roasted garlic herb seasoning, place in slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine beef broth, worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Pour over brisket, cover, low heat, cook 8 hours, until fork tender.
