How to Broil Pork Chops in a Convection Toaster Oven

Cooking in a toaster oven is faster than cooking in your oven. Toaster oven use fans to heat through and around your food rather the heat coming from bottom or top. Pork chops are tender and juicy when cooked in a toaster oven. High in protein. For healthy, quick and delicious, the toaster oven is an important kitchen appliance to have.  

These toaster oven pork chops are juicy and tender, serve with fresh green beans for healthy, tasty and quick dinner. 

How to Broil Pork Chops in a Convection Toaster Oven

2 pork chops
liquid smoke, just enough to cover both sides of pork chops
1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
cooking spray

Preheat toaster oven to broil. Spray broil pan with non stick cooking spray. 

In small bowl, combined seasonings. Brush liquid smoke on both sides of pork chops. Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of pork chops. 

Broil pork chops 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Check pork chops with meat thermometer, Temperature needs to be 145 degrees before the pork chops are safe to eat. Remove pork chops from toaster oven and allow to rest for 4 to 5 minutes. Pork chops will continue to cook after you remove chops from toaster oven.

  3. I love the use of liquid smoke in this recipe! I have some and never think to use it. Using the toaster oven would sure keep the mess down too.

    1. Cooking for one or two toaster oven is perfect. So much you can do in a toaster oven.
