Creamy Ham and Pasta Skillet

So, I invited a male friend over for lunch. Made this recipe for him. We listen to music, ate and talked for hours. While he was eating, he said this so good. He ask for more. He really enjoyed this recipe and you will too. 

Simple and easy to put together. Great way to use up that leftover ham. You can serve this with your favorite vegetable or simple green salad.

Creamy Ham and Pasta Skillet

8 ounces egg noodles
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1/2 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
1 - 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
chopped parsley for garnish

Cook pasta according to package directions. Add plenty of salt. Drain and return pasta back to pot. 

Meanwhile: heat oil and melt butter over medium heat. Add ham and cook until golden brown. 

Add ham and remaining ingredients to pasta, stir well. Heat through and serve.
