Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

Another pasta salad recipe everyone will come back for more. Here's two favorites, deviled eggs and macaroni salad, put them together and you have one dish with extra flavor.

Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2016

Ingredients:
1 cup elbow macaroni
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic herb seasoning
paprika for sprinkling

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and place in a medium size bowl, and set aside to cool. 

Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, mix well. Sprinkle with paprika, cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or ready to serve.

Note: If desire, add more mayonnaise just before serving.

  1. This could easily be a main meal for us. With temps in the low 90's who wants to spend lots of time in front of the stove? Great recipe!
