Ham and Noodles

Looking for leftover ham recipes? You just bought ham steak and not sure how to use it. Look no further. This one skillet meal is perfect one to use. Throw this in your skillet and make it tonight. The holidays are right around the corner, you may have leftover ham, so safe this recipe.

Ham and Noodles
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2019

Ingredients:
8 oz egg noodles
2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed
1 - 15.5 oz can corn, drained
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup pasta water
1 green onion, sliced

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water. 

In large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add ham, corn, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Add pasta water and pasta. Stir well. Add green onions. Serve.
