This easy recipe has a lot of flavor. Ready in just under 30 minutes.

1 pound ground beef
1 white onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15.25 oz) can corn, drained
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked rice
Brown meat in skillet over medium high heat. Add onions, salt and pepper, stirring, cook 2 minutes. Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chiles and tomato sauce, stir well, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place meat mixture on top of rice, cheese and lettuce.
