This beef stew will warm you up from inside-out. Your family will love it.

1 1/2 pound beef stew
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 cups beef broth
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon roasted garlic herb seasoning
6 ounces pearl onions
10 baby carrots
2 large potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
In dutch oven, heat oil over medium high heat. Add meat and pearl onions, cook about 7 to 10 minutes, until meat is brown, stirring often.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 60 minutes, until beef and veggies are tender.
