Smoky Beef and Bean Chili

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (7.75 oz.) can chipotle sauce
1 (15.5 oz.) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with green chili
1 cup beef broth
1 package mild chili seasoning mix
In soup pot, brown ground beef over medium heat, add onions, salt and pepper, stirring often, until onions tender.
Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
