Debo's Seafood Salad

Clouds in Texas. Having a bad storm.

This is the time of year when we have violent storms that hits my area. We are in the middle of tornado alley. It can be very scary. On minute the sky is blue and then the sky turns black. Unfortunately, my home doesn't provide shelter from the violent storms. I have no basement. Nothing close by to go to for shelter. I have a small closet in the hallway, that's where I'll go for shelter, if needed. Hopefully, I will not need to go to the closet for shelter from the storms. Home should provide safety from storms and the dangers from the world outside. A home should be full of warmth, because of the people living in the home. There is no place like home.

  2. Hi Bo, it's 1:25am and we are having dangerous storms, thunderstorms, HIGH winds and hail. The creek that's right next to our home is over flowing. Not only do we have bad storms right now, we also have to watch for flooding.

  9. Those kinds of storms must be frightening. I can't help but think of the tragic events in Japan.

  12. Whoa, those clouds do look ominous. I agree that home should be where you feel safe and I'm sorry that yours doesn't provide more protection when that level storm shows up.

Your seafood dip looks fantastic. I'll be making it for our next gathering for sure. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
