Once you bite into our baked chicken tenders, you'll forget about the fast food variety.
Baked Chicken Tenders

1 pound chicken tenders
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup french fried onions, crushed
Preheat oven 425. Line sheet pan with tin foil, and lightly spray with non stick cooking spray.
Season both sides chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
In resealable storage bag, add bread crumbs and crushed french fried onions. Working in batches, add chicken to bread crumb mixture, shake well making sure to coat chicken. Place chicken on sheet pan, repeat until all chicken is coated.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until no longer pink.
