This recipe is a kid favorite. This would be good to serve on a summer camping trip or a quick lunch. Serve them with your favorite dip and chips.
Stuffed Crescent Dogs

8 hot dogs
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 slices American cheese, each slice cut into 4 stripes
Preheat oven to 375.
Place slit in each hot dogs within 1/2 inch of ends. Insert 2 strips of cheese into each hot dog.
Separate dough into triangles. Wrap dough around each hot dog. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, cheese side up. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
